There are many different ways a car buyer can “go green,” but I would have to say the one of most important ways is by increasing one’s fuel economy. Not only does that save money, but it can also reduce CO2 emissions. Fortunately, the new Ford Fiesta, to launch in the US starting 2010, has a fuel economy rating of 47.9 MPG, and it runs on pure gas. So cool. Ford’s been leading the way with the best fuel economy ratings with the Fusion Hybrid getting 41MPG city/36MPG highway. The Ford Fiesta proves again that Ford is leading the American car buyers in the right direction to “go green.”
